At ColorKraft, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website or place an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (e.g. wedding cards, branded packaging, photo prints, Nikkah nama, corporate stationery) — unless defective or incorrectly produced
• Products that have been used, washed, assembled, or altered
• Sale or discounted items — unless defective
• Digital products and downloadable files (e.g. digital e-cards, digital Nikkah nama)
• Items where the return window of 3 days has passed

3. Custom & Personalized Order Policy

Because custom products are produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun — unless the product is defective or we made an error. We strongly recommend reviewing your design proof carefully before giving approval. ColorKraft is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (spelling, layout, colour choices).

4. How to Request a Return

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone (0316-8221443), or email (social@colorkraft.pk)
• Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
• Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
• If approved, we will provide return instructions

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, ColorKraft will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
• COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when requesting
ColorKraft reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet our conditions upon inspection.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

8. Cancellations

Standard orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. To cancel, contact us immediately at 0316-8221443 or social@colorkraft.pk.
