1. General
These Terms govern your use of ColorKraft's products and services. ColorKraft is a print and gifting e-commerce business based in Pakistan. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
• Limit the quantity of items available for purchase
• Discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
• Modify product descriptions, images, or specifications
Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes. For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (e.g. wedding cards, branded packaging, photo prints), final output may vary slightly from digital previews.
3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Certain products — including FMCG packaging, retail pouches, product labels, and bulk stationery — are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ). MOQ requirements are stated on individual product pages. Orders below the stated MOQ may not be accepted.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ColorKraft reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. We accept:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer / Online Transfer
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa
• Credit/Debit Cards (where applicable)
Orders may be held or cancelled if payment verification fails.
5. Custom & Personalized Orders
For custom products (e.g. wedding invitations, branded business cards, Nikkah nama, personalized gifts, corporate packaging), production begins only after design approval by the customer. Once approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a defect on our part.
6. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. ColorKraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
7. Delivery & Shipping
ColorKraft delivers across Pakistan. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for standard items. Custom/personalized orders may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons (Eid, weddings) or due to courier delays beyond our control.
ColorKraft is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ColorKraft's platforms — including logos, designs, product images, and text — is the intellectual property of ColorKraft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
ColorKraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
